Welcome to the world of modern tea ceremony.

Loose Tea with Hemp

Hemp is not a mere product for psychoactive stimulation, contrary to the still prevailing opinion. There are dozens of varieties of hemp, most of which are used as commercial hemp. These hemp varieties are bred to contain virtually no THC (the active ingredient that causes the high), since otherwise you can't get a cultivation permit in Europe. It can be used to make clothes, rope, paper and many other products - and of course tea. Hemp tea is free of THC without losing its characteristic taste. Our pure organic hemp tea is sustainably produced in Germany for environmentally conscious consumption.

Is Hemp Healthy?

A hemp plant in Europe may be cultivated as commercial hemp by farmers if it contains less than 0.2% THC. For this purpose, only certified seeds are used and cultivation is subject to strict controls in order to precisely prevent a glut of THC-rich hemp for illegal drug use.

However, hemp approved in this way seems to be useful not only for raw material production, but also generally for physical well-being without the well-known high. The cannabinoids it contains are also partly used for medicinal purposes, but are not sufficient to get a drug trip from it.

Cannabis has been studied conscientiously in recent years. It is said to have pain-relieving and anticonvulsant properties, which is why it is often recommended for such cases. The effect can also be induced by hemp tea. This is also said to have a supportive effect on sleep disorders and anxiety problems, as hemp in itself has a calming and relaxing effect. However, it will not replace an active therapy.

If you don't like the taste of pure hemp, you should try one of our blends like Hemp Chai or White Hemp, which has been mixed with delicious Pai Mu Tan. All our hemp teas are certified organic. Cheers.
